In 2014 the Diethelm Keller Group, owner of fellow outdoor brand Gloster, took a significant stake in Dedon, and the two brands were brought together under a Zurich-based holding identified as DK Furniture Brands. Founder Bobby Dekeyser, who had led the company's creative direction for decades, subsequently exited, selling his remaining stake by December 2016. Dedon continues to operate from Lüneburg under the Diethelm Keller umbrella, maintaining its fibre production in Germany and its weaving operations in Cebu.
